COVID-19 Safety At Anthem House

Aug 2, 2020

In the era of COVID-19, keeping you—our employees, residents, clients and partners—safe is our highest priority. With this in mind, we wanted to take a moment to share a few reminders and guidelines.

We are closely monitoring the situation and all of us here at Anthem House are taking measures to prevent unnecessary risk. You can read more about the precautions we are taking at all Bozzuto properties here.

Staying Safe

There are a few ways that you can be a part of the effort to keep our community safe. Please continue to wear masks in common area spaces like the lobby, hallways and elevators. The CDC recommends wearing a mask any time you are in a public place, or will be encountering people from outside your household.

Washing your hands frequently and thoroughly is another great way to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Check out this great list of songs to sing while handwashing! We are following CDC guidelines on cleaning and disinfecting spaces in our building, but in your apartment home, consistent cleaning, especially of frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs, sinks, etc., is an important step in keeping your home germ-free.

Practicing social distancing is one of the most effective ways to stop the spread. Please be respectful of the safety of our community by limiting the number of guests and visitors. Even with a mask, keep 6 or more feet of distance between yourself and others whenever possible. In the elevator, try to limit the number of passengers traveling per ride. It can also help to have one person push the floor buttons for everyone to reduce contact. Additionally, if there are multiple riders, it is recommended everyone face the wall, away from each other.

We’re Here To Help

We are here to help and support you as best we can! Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to make your experience here at Anthem House as pleasant as possible. When possible, please contact property management teams via phone, email or our resident portal for easy, contactless communication. For the time being, maintenance is restricted to essential services in order to limit apartment entry.

We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding during these uncertain times and hope you can #LiveYourAnthem, safely.
