We’re knocking on our residents’ doors this Halloween to say … Trick-or-Treat.

That’s right Anthem House, it’s almost the best day of the year...Halloween! So, get ready for some spooky, scary skeletons and prepare yourself for a real fright. Keep an eye out for these festive events to have a fang-tastic night with friends or family.

Serial Killer Trivia

Addicted to true crime podcasts and shows? Well, then get ready for a spooktacular night! On October 16th, from 7:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m., AJ’s on Hanover is hosting their Serial Killer Trivia Night! There will be a total of 3 rounds, or 60 questions. Don’t be a witch and gather your team of four to get Monster Smashed with Halloween-esque cocktails and drafts!

Inaugural Pumpkin Palooza

On October 23rd, from 7:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., AJ’s on Hanover is hosting their festive palooza to celebrate “fall, spice, and everything nice.” Tickets may be purchased online for $25/person; there is limited space, so purchase your reserve your space quickly! Tickets include your first pumpkin beer/wine, your pumpkin, painting kit, and drink specials. Don’t miss out on this creative and fun event!

Halloween // Movie Nights

Don’t be a scaredy cat! Stop by the DBC Patio for a free outdoor projection of Hocus Pocus on October 25th, from 8:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. Bring your boos and get cozy with some blankets and sweaters to watch this classic Halloween film! There will be popcorn, pizzas, and pretzels available in the kitchen.

*** On October 31st, from & 7:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m., there will be another free projection of a cult fave. So, stop by to watch Halloween...if you’re brave enough.

8th Annual SOBO Halloween Bash

On October 26th, from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., Riverside Park is hosting its 8th annual Halloween Bash. Join neighbors and friends for a wonderful time with live music, food trucks, crafted cocktails, and lawn games. There will be a parade at 4:00 p.m. and costume contest. Don’t miss out—a candy a day keeps the monsters away!

Halloween Science Center

On October 26th, from 8:00 p.m. until midnight, Believe in Music and Maryland’s Science Center are presenting their 8th annual Halloween Party! So, prepare your group costumes and get ready for a real treat! Purchase a General Admission ticket online for only $42 for live music from J Roddy Watson and The Business, DDM, Psycho Killers, and many more. Don’t miss out on the various stages, rooftop dance party, and cauldron-brewed beverages from Union Craft Brewing Co.

Food Truck Boo Bash at BMI

The Baltimore Museum of Industry is hosting their free Food Truck Boo Bash on October 27th, from noon until 4:00 p.m. So, get ready for a fun afternoon filled with trick-or-treating and bags full of sweets. Oh, and you’re bound to be satisfied with local food trucks, alcoholic beverages, and live music.

RMR Natural Fright Halloween Party

Don’t have Halloween plans? Well, then get ready for a groovy broom-tastic night from 9:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. at Stalking Horse. All of your favorite RMR DJs will be going back to back all night. Show up in costume for no cover. Get ready for drinking games and specials including: $2 Nattys, $2 Slushies, $2 Rail Drinks, $4 House Shots, and $4 Bombs. Oh, and we know there’s no laws when drinking Claws, but stay safe for a spooktacular night.

The Nevermore Haunt 2019

On October 18th, from 7:00 p.m. until midnight, get ready for a real fright. Encounter terrifying ghouls and nightmarish goblins at Baltimore’s most unique haunted house. Bike Party: Halloween Ride!

Baltimore Bike Party is hosting their annual ride on October 25th, from 6:30 p.m. until 11:30 p.m. So, get ready to roll out with friends in the Halloween Spirit! At 8:30 p.m., there will be a smashing Halloween after-party, so come in your costume!

ZooBOOO!

Stop by the Maryland Zoo on October 25th, from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., to celebrate the 2019 Halloween season! There will be live entertainment, games, contests, crafts, and free trick-or-treating! Don’t miss out on the candy corn and haymazes, so purchase a ticket online!

BARCStoberfest

Get ready for a cute day with your furry friend(s) at Patterson Park on October 26th, from 7:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The registration for the 5K and Walk will begin at 7:30 p.m. and we will take off at 9:00 a.m.! At noon, the Howl-O-Ween adorable pet costume contests begin on the main stage. Don’t miss out on the “super-popular” Beer Garden, shopping, and food trucks! Register online today!

20th Great Halloween Lantern Parade & Festival

On October 26th, from 3:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m., Patterson Park is hosting the 20th annual Halloween lantern parade and festival. The festival begins at 3:30 p.m. with kids’ costume contests, lantern making, hayrides, dancers, live music, crafts vendors. Once the sun sets, you’re guaranteed to become spell-bound. March with friends and family to watch thousands of glowing lanterns light up the eerie night sky! Also, make sure that you stay for the grande finale with dancers and performers!

Fell’s Point Business Trick-or-Treat

May you have a bag full of candy this Halloween! On October 31st, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., businesses in Fell’s Point will be handing out candy and treats! So, be on the lookout for “Candy Stop” signs.

Nepthene’s Bal Masque

What music did the mummies play for the Halloween party? ...Wrap! Purchase a ticket online to attend this Bal Masque on Halloween, from 6:00 p.m. until midnight. All proceeds will benefit Big Sur Fire, Maryland’s emergency medical services! Come in costume for a blood-curdling night with drinks, foodfare, and live music from Paige Too and BASSment. There will also be costume contests and a performance by BiG SuRCuS!

Boos on the Beach

Why did the ghost go to the bar? ...For the boos! Don’t miss out on the Sandlot’s Halloween Bash from 7:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. Purchase a ticket online for only $10 for a “welcome cocktail,” games, campfire, and entertainment by DJ Joey Janko and friends. The Sandlot will be transforming into a haunted pirate ship, so be ready to navigate treacherous waters with the undead!
